It depends on square footage, how many bathrooms you have, and how often we come. We quote a flat rate rather than an hourly one, so a slow day for us is not an expensive one for you. You see the number before you book.
No. Most people give us a door code or leave a key in a lockbox and go to work. Everyone on the team is background checked. If you would rather be there for the first visit and meet the cleaners, that is fine too.
We bring standard professional products, the ones that actually cut hard water and soap scum. If you want fragrance free or plant based instead, tell us when you book and we will bring those at no extra charge. You can also leave out whatever you already use and we will work with that.
Yes. You get the same two people, and we only send someone else if one of them is sick or on vacation. If that happens we tell you first.
Text us 24 hours ahead and we will move it for free. Inside 24 hours we charge half the visit, because the crew has already blocked the day.
